Our rates include the following:

• Qualified Professional Hunter
• Transport to and from the airport
• Accommodation and laundry
• All meals & soft drinks
• Skinners and trackers
• Trophy cleaning and handling
• Transport of trophy to taxidermist
• Equipped hunting vehicle
• VAT on daily rates and trophy fees
• Hunting license fees

Our rates exclude:

• All international phone calls
• Transport of trophy to international destination
• Alcoholic beverages
• Transport from abroad to Windhoek
• Transport by air to concession areas
• Insurance and medical expenses of any kind
• Import permits and fees required by countries other than Namibia
• Sightseeing excursions/trips other than on the game ranch
• Gratuities to camp staff

Terms & Conditions
All bookings to be accompanied with an EUR 500-00 deposit. The deposit will be fortified should the booking be cancelled less than 2 months in advance. The balance is payable upon completion of the hunt.
