Hunters Liability and Indemnity
Harald and all other professional hunters working for Osombahe-Nord are qualified and registered with the Ministry of Environment and Tourism in terms of the Namibian Tourism Board Act, Regulations and Ordinances governing the hunting industry. Osombahe-Nord Hunting Safaris are by law obliged to take out International Hunters Liability Insurance, however that does not necessarily ensure that all risks are covered adequately. We cannot accept responsibility for any illness, accident or loss whatsoever, nor any expenses of any nature arising therefrom, therefore we request that all hunters sign the indemnity policy before engaging in any hunting activities and we advise that all guests acquire sufficient insurance for themselves, their personal belongings and baggage.
Payment
All bookings to be accompanied with a 50% deposit on daily rates. The deposit will be fortified should the booking be cancelled less than 4 months in advance. The balance is payable upon completion of the hunt in cash or by VISA and MASTERCARD. (Credit cards)
